刘超，男，博士。1993年出生，江苏南京人，中共党员。2021年毕业于南京农业大学资源与环境科学学院农业资源与环境专业，获农学博士学位。主要从事农业废弃物资源化利用及土壤微生物研究。参与国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发专项、中央高校基本科研业务费专项资金项目、江苏省科技计划项目苏北科技专项、江苏省农业科技自主创新资金项目等科研项目。以第一作者发表论文5篇（SCI 2篇），申请发明专利3项。
